GASCO, a company engaged in the extraction of natural gas liquids or NGL’s, discovered that some of its employees were either spending too much time looking for official knowledge or were not able to use the great deal of Knowledge that was generated over the years. Gasco therefore required a specific need to upskill its workers through an Enterprise Search Platform that would permit its staff to find convenient material within the myriad of IT information systems available at Gasco at a simple click of a button and using a single dialog box.
